Nature’s Tears EyeMist has been a Godsend. I have extreme chronic dry eye after two bone marrow transplants and chemo. During this process I have had 14 eye surgeries. When I found this product it allowed a great deal more freedom. I can just spray in one eye at a time rather than stopping everything to put in eye drops. I also use a presciption insert called Lacriserts. These are about half the size of a grain of rice. Once I get them in, I give them a spray to start their lubricating process. Nature’s Tears is wonderful.
